Conditions of sale and delivery
The following conditions of sale and delivery of PROMESS FMT GmbH are decisive for all offers and order acceptances as well as for all deliveries, service provisions and other services. Service provision in the sense of these conditions for sale and delivery for example apply to the service provision by PROMESS, in particular in the purchaser’s plant.

End User License Agreement (EULA)
The present End User License Agreement – EULA is an agreement between PROMESS FMT GmbH (in the following referred to as the licensor) and the end user of the software (in the following referred to as licensee).
